Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Printura app and the printura.app website do with your information. The short version: Printura does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no server of ours that receives your designs, no analytics and no advertising in the app.

What stays on your device

Your designs, saved and recently printed labels, photos you add, settings and the language you choose are stored only in the app's storage on your device. We cannot see them and they are not sent to us. If you delete the app, this data is removed. If Android backup is switched on in your phone, Android may include the app's data in your own Google account backup; that is handled by Google under your Google settings.

Permissions the app asks for

• Bluetooth / nearby devices: to find your printer, connect to it and send the label to it. The app remembers the last printer you used on the device.
• Location (Android 11 and older only): those Android versions require this permission before any app can scan for Bluetooth devices. Printura does not read, store or send your location.
• Camera: only when you choose to scan a barcode or QR code, or take a photo for a label. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded.
• Photos and files: only the pictures or files you select yourself with the system picker. When you export, share or save a design, the file goes to the place or app you choose.
• Internet: the app works without it. It is used only to open links you tap and to show and download optional fonts from Google Fonts that are not bundled in the app. When a font is fetched, Google receives your device's IP address, as with any web request. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

What we do not do

We do not create accounts, collect names, emails, phone numbers or precise location, use analytics or crash-reporting services, show advertising, track you across apps or sites, sell or share personal data, or use your designs or photos to train any model.

Payments

The current version has no purchases. If we add optional paid features, payment will be handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never receive your card details.

Children

Printura is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing of a child's to collect or delete.

This website

printura.app is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no external scripts or fonts. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time; you can clear it at any time. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. Data kept in the app stays on your phone, where you can delete it in the app or by uninstalling. Depending on where you live, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) may give you the right to request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, to ask us to restrict or stop processing, and to complain to a data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority; in the EU, the authority in your country). Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
