A real editor
Move, resize and rotate with your fingers. Layers, undo and redo, alignment, duplicate, pinch to zoom. Curved text, text colours and textures that look good in black and white.
Barcodes and QR codes
QR codes, Code 128, EAN, UPC, Code 39, DataMatrix and more. Scan an existing code with the camera and put it on a label.
Batch printing
Paste a list from a spreadsheet and print one label per row. Serial numbers, dates and counters fill in by themselves.
Even your photos
Print a photo as a clean black-and-white sticker, draw your own, or use the built-in drawings, icons, shapes, decorations and frames.

How it works
From idea to sticker in under a minute.
Pick a template
Browse by category or search, or start from a blank label. Choose the label size that matches your roll.
Make it yours
Tap any text to change it. Add icons, drawings, a barcode, a QR code or a photo. Dates such as the expiry date fill in automatically.
Connect your printer
Turn the printer on, tap Connect and choose it from the list. Printura remembers it for next time.
Check the preview, choose the quantity and darkness, and print. Save the design to reuse it later.

Choose a light or dark theme, or let it follow your phone. Print a test label and nudge the position until every edge lands exactly where it should.
Using graphics on your labels
Thermal printers print in black and white. Printura helps every picture come out sharp and readable.
Drawings
Over 1,300 simple drawings in more than 20 categories – food, animals, hobbies, celebrations. Open the Add panel, choose Drawings, pick a category and tap a drawing to place it. Drag to move, use the corner handle to resize.
Icons
More than 10,000 line icons for symbols such as allergens, storage, warnings and tools. Search by name, tap to add, then change the size or the stroke.
Decorations and frames
Borders, corners, dividers and ribbons make a plain label look finished. Frames follow the label shape, so they work on round labels as well.
Shapes
Circles, hearts, stars, speech bubbles and many more. Fill them with black, leave them as outlines, or use a texture such as dots or stripes.
Photos
Pick a photo from your gallery or take one. Printura turns it into black and white with a choice of dithering styles, so faces and details stay clear on a small label. Adjust brightness and contrast before you print.
Text styles
120 fonts that ship inside the app, curved text, inverse text (white on black) and grey textures. Pick a font that supports your language – the app suggests one automatically.
Tip: for the sharpest result use bold shapes and thick lines. Very thin lines and light greys can disappear on small thermal heads.
Works with Bluetooth thermal printers
Printura talks to the printer directly over Bluetooth Low Energy – no extra printer app is needed.

Compatibility is based on each printer family's published protocol. We are still testing models one by one; the app marks less certain ones as experimental. If your printer does not work, write to us and we will look into it.

Questions and answers
Is Printura really free?
Yes. There are no ads, no subscription and no purchases in the current version.
Do I need an account?
No. Install it and start designing. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Templates, fonts, icons and drawings are inside the app, and printing uses Bluetooth. Only previews of the few optional fonts that are not bundled need internet.
Where are my designs stored?
On your device. Printura has no server. If your phone's backup is on, Android may include the app data in your own Google backup.
Why does the app ask for Bluetooth, camera and photo permissions?
Bluetooth to find and talk to your printer, the camera to scan barcodes and take photos for labels, and the photo picker only when you choose a picture. Each is used only for that purpose. On Android 11 and older the system also requires the location permission for Bluetooth scanning; Printura does not read your location.
Which printers are supported?
Most Bluetooth Low Energy thermal label, mini and receipt printers. See the Printers section above. If yours is not recognised, you can choose the printer type by hand in Settings.
Can I use it on a tablet or in another language?
Yes. The layout adapts to tablets, and you can change the language in Settings.
